By using yinyangmate.com or the YinYangMate mobile app (Apple App Store id498188277; Android package com.yinyangmate.yinyangmate when distributed on Google Play), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Entertainment & reflection only

YinYangMate presents Chinese zodiac animal signs, Five Element themes, and two-person match descriptions for personal reflection and entertainment. It does not predict the future and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship counseling. Do not make important life decisions based solely on app readings or scores.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YinYangMate for private, non-commercial enjoyment. The app text, artwork, and this website remain the property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws. You may share excerpts using the in-app Share feature where provided.

3. App Store & Google Play terms

On iPhone, YinYangMate is sold as a paid download; purchases, family sharing, and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store terms. On Android, when available on Google Play, the app is free to install; optional Pro unlocks and refunds will be governed by Google Play terms. We do not operate a subscription for YinYangMate unless clearly shown at purchase time.

4. No warranties

YinYangMate and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
