YinYangMate (“we,” “us”) operates the YinYangMate mobile app and this website at yinyangmate.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment; they do not predict the future and are not professional advice. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.

Summary

• People you save (names and birth dates) and match results are stored on your device, not on our servers for compatibility readings.
• We do not require an account or sign-in for core features.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

App covered

YinYangMate — Apple App Store id498188277 (bundle com.tantricluck.yinyangmate). An Android edition may be offered under package com.yinyangmate.yinyangmate; this policy applies when it is available on Google Play.

Information stored on your device

When you use YinYangMate, the app may store locally:

• Names and birth dates for people you create
• Saved pairs, notes, and your active selections
• Match essays, scores, and preferences (for example sound, Pro unlock state, or rating prompts)
• Home-screen widget snapshots derived from your saved people (where supported)

This data stays on your device unless you delete people or pairs in the app, uninstall the app, or use device backup features that copy app data according to Apple or Google policies.

Information we do not collect for readings

Core compatibility features work without sending your roster or birth dates to our servers. We do not operate a cloud profile or pairing service for YinYangMate readings.

When you contact us

If you email us at app@yinyangmate.com (from the in-app mail sheet, our Support form, or your own email app), we receive whatever you choose to send. We use that only to respond and improve support. Please tell us your platform (iOS or Android) and app version. Do not send sensitive health or financial information.

In-app purchases

On iPhone, YinYangMate is sold as a paid download through the App Store (Apple / StoreKit). We do not receive or store your payment card details. Family Sharing and refunds follow Apple’s policies.

When the Android app is available, optional Pro features will be processed by Google Play Billing on that platform. Google will handle payment; we will not receive your card number or billing address. Use restore with the same store account you used for the original purchase.

App Store & Google Play

Apple and Google may collect diagnostics or crash data according to their own privacy labels and your device settings. YinYangMate’s iOS listing reports diagnostics that are not linked to your identity when collected by Apple. We do not use those services to read the names or birth dates you enter for matches.

Sharing from the app

If you use the system Share sheet or export a report, you choose the destination (Messages, Mail, files, and so on). We do not receive those shares.

This website (yinyangmate.com)

yinyangmate.com is a marketing and legal site for YinYangMate only. It does not offer a match calculator and does not use login or third-party ad networks for tracking. Your hosting provider may log routine server access (IP address, browser type, requested path) for security; we do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Children

YinYangMate and this website are general-audience tools for reflection and entertainment and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
